  SPECIAL LIFE^® Family Fun Bowling Event

Over 50 people participated in our SPECIAL LIFE^® Family Fun Bowling Event on December 27, 2010. See pictures below.

Our hidden cameras captured a very rare shot of the famous "Texas Slam Dunk" Release!!!

The elusive Texas Slam Dunker has been known to show up mysteriously at bowling alleys

throughout the State with his unique green ball and over the shoulder release technique.

Over 50 children, teens and adults participated in the event.  Including over 40 bowlers!

Our SPECIAL LIFE^® Community includes children, teens and adults with disabilities, their family,

friends, therapists, attendants, and many volunteers all with a passion to help those with  special needs.

Below, a volunteer smiles as a non-verbal boy with autism anxiously waits for the sound of crashing pins.

The event ended with fun filled free game time for friends,  family and volunteers!
